  • Class Reservation or Cancellation must be made 24 hours in Advance

  • Any class or membership cancellation should be sent via email to: Waterway@waterwayswimschool.com

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance will count as attended class

  • No refunds will be given unless membership is purchased and cancelled within 24 hours.

  • All memberships are automatically renewed. In order to cancel auto billing,

  • WaterWay must be notified at least two weeks before 1st of each month in order not to be charged again.

  • If your membership has been renewed, and you wish not to continue, you are still entitled to redeem classes purchased during the membership start and end date.

  • Monthly Membership (4 lessons) must be completed within 5 weeks, Unless interrupted by National Holiday or unexpected pool closure.

  • Quarterly Membership (12 lessons) must be completed within 15 weeks, Unless interrupted by National Holiday or unexpected pool closure.

  • Lessons are not always conducted by the same Instructors.

  • Any closure resulting due to national holidays or unexpected pool maintenance will not reduce the member class count. Member's passes will be extended accordingly.

  •  Infant swim diapers must be triple layer and pre-approved by WaterWay staff, unless purchased on our website or on site.
